⭐️PLEASE READ!!⭐️ ⭐️ Deposits are required at the time of booking! 🌙 You will receive a text from me within 24 hours of booking. I will ask for design ideas & inspiration for your tattoo so I can begin the design process. ⭐️ Please fill out the consent forms when booking. 🌙 A copy of your current drivers license, government ID or Visa is required at tattoo appointment. ⭐️ I will text a mock-up drawing of your tattoo design to you within 24 hours. You must approve or make changes and reply 2 days before your tattoo appointment. 🌙 A deposit is required to book all appointments. Your deposit goes toward the total tattoo / appointment cost. Please give NO LESS than 72 hours / 3 days before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Canceling without 72 hours notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to re-book. No Shows to an appointment will also forfeit their deposit.Thank you for understanding and valuing my time as I do yours! ⭐️ TOUCH UP POLICY⭐️ 🌙 Appointments are required for tattoo touch ups. Please use Gloss Genius to set up your touch up appointment. 🌙 Please give NO LESS than 72hours/3 days before your touch up appointment to reschedule or cancel. ⭐️ CANCELING without 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your free tattoo touch up. NO SHOWS to an appointment will also forfeit their free touch up. 🌙 If you forfeit the free touch up but want to touch up the tattoo, the cost of the touch up will be one half the cost of the original tattoo. ⭐️ MOON BEAMS TATTOO POLICIES⭐️ ⭐️ Tattoo clients cannot be pregnant or nursing. 🌙 Tattoo clients must wait 6 months after discontinuing Accutane to book a tattoo. ⭐️Must be 18 years or older. 🌙No children allowed at tattoo session unless approved by Genevieve prior to appointment. ⭐️ PLEASE DISCLOSE AHEAD OF TIME IF YOU HAVE ANY BLOOD BORNE ILLNESSES SUCH AS HIV OR HEPATITIS. 🌙 DO NOT CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL OR THC PRIOR TO YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT! ⭐️PLEASE DISCLOSE IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON BLOOD THINNERS OR ARE DIABETIC! 🌙 I do offer tattoo cover ups depending on the style and placement of the tattoo. ⭐️PLACES I WILL NOT TATTOO... Inside Mouths Inside of Ear Insides of Fingers Genitals or Nearby Areas Palms of Hands or Bottoms of Feet ⭐️ TATTOO AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS⭐️ 🌙 Keep your aftercare bandage (Second Skin) on for 7 days. It is normal to see buildup of ink, lymph and plasma underneath the bandage. Do not drain due to the risk of infection! ⭐️ Try not to sweat during healing, especially while your wrap is on. To remove aftercare bandage (Second Skin), gently follow the directions given at the tattoo appointment. 🌙 Wash tattoo twice a day with antibacterial soap. Pat dry. Spritz botanical spray once or twice on tatoo, then let air dry. Apply a thin layer of healing ointment 3 times per day. ⭐️ If the tattoo starts to scab or peel, apply more healing ointment to the tattoo. Also, increase your hydration by drinking more water. 🌙 Do not scratch or pick the tattoo. This removes ink and leads to infections. If the tattoo itches, gently tap around the edges of the tattoo. ⭐️ Avoid soaking in water (lake, ocean, bathtub, pool) for 2-3 weeks after receiving a tattoo. 🌙 While the tattoo is healing, and after healing, don't use petroleum based products such as Vaseline or Aquaphor on the tattoo. Petroleum based products don't allow the tattoo to breathe which interfere with healing. ⭐️After the tattoo is healed, keep tattoo moisturized and wear a mineral based sunscreen.
